4 Ways To Be More BeYOUtiful

The sunrise doesn’t care if we watch it or not. It will keep on being beautiful even if no one bothers to look at it.

Raise of hands, who needs a little more self-love in their lives?

Everyone’s hand should be up because we all need it. No matter how much confidence or supporters you have, we all seem to lack that self-love that is so important in our lives. If we don’t love ourselves then do we really even love at all?

Here are 4 ways we can really love ourselves more and be beYOUtiful.

1. Sometimes all that matters is that you’re still trying. Fall down 7, get up 8 is the motto to follow. We all have to fail to succeed. And we all fail one time or another, I promise you. Just because you’re seeing someone’s highlight reel on social media doesn’t mean they have never felt failure. We have to fail to figure out what is right and what isn't quite right.

2. Even when you feel alone, you still have yourself. You are your most important supporter. YOU HAVE TO LOVE AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Without pushing yourself you will never get to where you want to be. We all have goals, you have to help yourself get there. Without you, you aren’t you.

3. Be your best self even when nobody else is paying attention. People notice, it may not be right now or tomorrow… But it will be noticed. I can’t tell you how many times I have done things right and nobody notices, but the one time I do something wrong EVERYONE AND THEIR BROTHER lets me know they noticed and how they feel about it. Is it right? No. Is it great? No. However, there’s nothing we can do about it except keep trying to do the right things and someone one day will notice. “You just gotta keep on keepin’ on” as Joe Dirt would say.

4. Do things to impress yourself, not to impress other people. To continue off of number 3, do things to impress yourself and not others. Who knows where these other people will be in the years to come but you will still be right there cheering yourself on for success. The last thing you need to think about is someone else’s feelings. Self-love is where it’s at!
