5 Ways to Get Through The Winter Months

Getting through the winter when you’re not a winter person - harder said than done am I right? Here's 5 suggestions on how to help with that!!

Plan indoor activities If there's a group text sent out with friends, they normally ask someone to suggest something to do. ALWAYS suggest something indoors. Going to the zoo in the cold is not something people who don’t like cold enjoy doing. There are plenty of things to do indoors that can be fun and everyone can appreciate!

Always have something extra to bundle up with Gloves, sweaters, jackets, hats, etc. Keeping them in your car or in a convenient place to get to them will always help for the cold walks from the car inside to work. Also, fluffy sweaters always make me a little happier than non fluffy sweaters.

Hot drinks/soups Starbucks offers many hot drinks as well as other places. Give yourself a little warmth and treat yoself to a little tastiness! Soups, chili, oatmeal all offer heat in the belly!

Automatic car starter Because why not warm your car up before you leave to make your life a little happier in the morning or whenever. The cold doesn’t forgive everything, esp having a freezing steering wheel you have to put your hands on! Not fun!

Heated blankets for extra comfort Chilling on the couch with a heated blanket cures all problems. Being cold is one of those problems that we non-cold people don’t like to encounter!

What do you do to get through the winter months?! Lemme know below!
