7 Ways To Reclaim Your Self Esteem
Ever just wake up and feel like ”today isn’t going to be a good day”? Does noon hit and you’re just feeling down After a long morning?
WELL I AM HERE TO HELP!!
Here are 7 ways to reclaim your self esteem
•Reward yourself
Get yourself a Starbucks, get a pedicure, a massage. Treat yourself to lift your spirits.
•Get up, try again. Everyone fails
It happens to everyone at one point or another. Try, try, try again.
•Stop doubting yourself
*Insert the quote from the movie Waterboy* "You can do it!"

Doubt kills dreams. Don't let it do that.
•Increase water intake
Water helps everything. If you're like me and you don;t like water, get the little flavor packets to put in there and make it taste a little better.
How much water should you drink a day you ask? Multiple your weight by 2/3 (or 67%) to determine how much water to drink daily. For example, if you weighed 175 pounds you would multiple that by 2/3 and learn you should be drinking about 117 ounces of water every day.
•Drown out negativity PUNCH NEGATIVITY IN THE FACE!! But really, if something is negative in your life and you can't make it a positive, it's time to switch it, change it, rearrange it.
•Exercise your body and mind
Take a walk. Ride your bike. Take a Zumba class at the gym. Get your mind off things, sweat it all out, and take it out on the weights.
•Stop focusing on others
Social media is the number one culprit for this. Getting on social media can devastate people to see how good others are doing. Don't be this person. If you find yourself feeling sad seeing how well people are doing, take a break from social media. Delete the apps on your device if you have to. Focus on what matters, yourself.
