How To Think You ARE Enough
Today I want you to think about all that you are instead of all that you aren’t.
It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you aren’t.
We are all guilty of thinking we wish we had things instead of being grateful for what we have. There are MANY people who would love to look like you, act like you, think like you but aren't fortunate enough to. You have to remember you were made to be perfectly YOU and that's all that matters.
Here is my challenge for you!
Document the moments you feel most in love with yourself:
-what you’re wearing
-who you’re around
-what you’re doing
Then recreate and repeat.
Once you love yourself, you are free to give love to others. You can't pour from an empty cup - so O V E R F L O W yours then give back. I promise it will leave your heart smiling.
